The lasagna with ragù is originally from the city of Bologna and It's one of the indisputable Italian family holiday dishes. Made with our Fresh Pasta layers dressed with our homemade Bolognese and Béchamel Sauce! Amatriciana is a traditional savory pasta sauce originating from the town of Amatrice, in the Lazio region. The Amatriciana is one of the iconic dishes of the traditional Roman cuisine.
